Job Title: Chef de Partie

Salary: Up to £10ph + Tips where applicable + Benefits.

Chef de Partie Benefits: Paid Breaks, uniform provided including shoes, 50% discount off food for up to 6 people, 50% off accommodation, pension plan, employee assistance programme offering 24/7 support and advice.

Working Hours: Up to 48 hours a week including evenings and weekends, flexible shifts, 2 consecutive rest days each week, no split shifts.

Your Role - Hydes Chef de Partie

Here at Hydes, food quality and looking after our people is key.  As our Chef de Partie, you will enjoy delivering excellent food standards always, working with quality fresh ingredients to deliver our seasonal menus and daily specials, in a friendly and supportive environment.

As a key member of the brigade, you will have an attention to detail, ensuring all dishes are prepared to spec, and have experience of all stations with the ability to produce a range of starters, mains and desserts.  You will also support your Sous and Head Chef with food ordering, stock management, and maintaining a 5-star rating.
