Nutfield Priory Hotel and Spa | Nutfield, Surrey * Staff Accommodation Provided * £19,890 per year * Free meals on duty * Free use of gym * Discounted stays at all 20 hotels in the Hand Picked Hotels group We are recruiting for a Chef de Partie to take responsibility for ensuring the delivery of high standards of cuisine within a specified section of the kitchen within our 2 rosette restaurant, private dining and weddings, creating fantastic memories for our guests. This role involves working 5 days out of 7 to include weekends and split shifts. Live in accommodation is available on site charged at £49 per week
You will also support in providing coaching and training to members of your team.
This hands-on role provides the opportunity to develop your supervisory skills in your interactions with team members.
Competencies of a Chef de Partie:
- You must be passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality to our guests whilst demonstrating good food knowledge.
- The ability to establish rapport and deliver high standards of service with a genuine and approachable manner is essential.
- Previous experience in a similar environment is essential.
