We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the enthusiastic kitchen team in our busy pub / restaurant in the centre of Kelso. Quality British “gastro-pub” style plus 1AA Rosette dining menu. Focus on seasonal and local produce.
Duties include cooking, stock control, ordering, food hygiene and menu planning.
You will have the chance of working in an award winning gastro-pub restaurant in a vibrant town. Average 45 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days. Mixed shifts. Competitive remuneration package (£18k - £20k pa dependant upon experience). Good job perks.
Possible accommodation in staff flat.
