New Hall Hotel & Spa is a 800 year old manor house set in 26 acres of gardens and woodland. The Hotel has a long history of offering exceptional hospitality to discerning guests. We are recruiting for a Chef de Partie to take responsibility for ensuring the delivery of high standards of cuisine within a specified section of the kitchen within our 2 rosette restaurant, private dining and weddings, creating fantastic memories for our guests. This is an hourly paid role working a 45 hour week (minimum) with any additional hours paid at normal rate.
As a CDP, you will be responsible for the advance preparation and delivery of menus on time in line with company brand standards. This hands-on role also provides the opportunity to develop your supervisory skills by coaching and training members of your team.
Competencies of a Chef de Partie
- You must be passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality to our guests whilst demonstrating good food knowledge.
- The ability to establish rapport and deliver high standards of service with a genuine and approachable manner is essential.
- Previous experience in a similar environment is essential.
