WHO AND WHERE?
Job Title: Chef de Partie
Establishment: 5* Luxurh Hotel - Restaurant/Banqueting+Events
Average Covers: 20 lunch and 60 for dinner, 50/150 banqueting
Cuisine: modern British/European
Brigade: 15+ within main kitchen and pastry
Location: Victoria (Victoria, Piccadilly, DLR, Circle and District)
Salary: 27,000k per annum
Shifts: 48 hours + overtime paid
WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?
* A competent and confident Chef de Partie capable of running a kitchen section whilst motivating and training the junior members with the kitchen brigade.
* A passionate and professional chef that is well organised and can work well within a large team.
* Someone who has worked within a professional food led kitchen kitchen for over two years.
* An Chef de Partie that can adapt well to restaurant, bar or banqueting.
* Previous experience cooking modern British cuisine would be desirable.
