Chef de Partie - AA Modern Restaurant - 2 Michelin Starred Chef- 25,000

WHO AND WHERE?

Job Title: Chef de Partie (Garnish)

Establishment: Contemporary Food Led Restaurant & Bar

Average Covers: 70 lunch and 120 for dinner

Cuisine: modern British (refined)

Brigade: 25+ within main kitchen and pastry

Location: Oxford Circus (Central, Bakerloo and Victoria lines)

Salary: 25,000k per annum (all inclusive)

Shifts: 7 shifts per week (48hrs per week)

Last orders: 10:00pm

WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?
