We are recruiting for a Chef de Partie to take responsibility for ensuring the delivery of high standards of cuisine within a specified section of the kitchen within our 2 rosette restaurant, private dining and weddings, creating fantastic memories for our guests.

You will also support in providing coaching and training to members of your team.

This hands-on role provides the opportunity to develop your supervisory skills in your interactions with team members.

Hours of work:- You will be required to work 5 days out of 7, 45 hours per week. Working hours will be predominately late shifts (approximately 12pm-10pm) and some breakfast shifts (6am-3pm), including weekends and bank holidays.

Competencies of a Chef de Partie

You must be passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality to our guests whilst demonstrating good food knowledge.

The ability to establish rapport and deliver high standards of service with a genuine and approachable manner is essential.

Previous experience in a similar rosette environment is essential.
