Hilton Strathclyde Food Offerings:

At Hilton Strathclyde we have a busy Bar and Restaurant which is our unique SPACE concept specifically designed for business customers as our largest clientele, this is not a brand restricted menu which allows us to put dishes of our choice on it and allows for seasonality. You would also be preparing food for our conference and events department which are popular for corporate events during the day, weddings and party nights. The menu for the conference and events changes dependent on the client.

What is our Head Chef looking for?

I'm looking for a candidate that has a strong skills knowledge to bring to our team and experience of managing others on at least 2 sections in a kitchen as this role will be ensuring our Commis Chefs are engaged and learning. I see this role as a very important position in the kitchen and can influence the culture and dynamics of our team, so I am looking for someone with a positive and upbeat outlook. Ideally I would like to see the successful candidate grown and develop within Hilton Worldwide
