The successful Chef de Partie should currently be operating as a Chef De Partie in a large kitchen team and be able to show a stable CV with relevant experience, be comfortable with working to high volumes and have a proven track record of meeting the highest standards.

Requirements for this Chef De Partie position:-
NVQ Level 2 and 3 or Equivalent
Food Hygiene Certifications
Good written and spoken English
A flexible attitude
Restaurant or Hotel Background
Good Communication skills
Good Team Player
A real passion for the Industry & and eye for detail
Good knowledge of cooking techniques and styles
The person to suit must be experienced in fresh produce to at least 1 Rosette level
