We are recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join the Kitchen brigade at Grand Jersey Hotel and Spa. The Chef de Partie will support our team in assisting with the preparation of fresh and inspiring dishes for our guests each day. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small enthusiastic kitchen team.
Competencies & Duties of Chef de Partie:
As Chef de Partie you will work closely with the Sous and Head Chef overseeing a section and the day to day running of the kitchen.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about food and delivering amazing hospitality to our guests.
Previous Chef de Partie experience with at least 1 year within a similar sized 4 or 5* Hotel or 2+ Rosette restaurant. You must be able to run a section on your own and have the ability to train and supervise.
