Chef de Partie job - Fine dining Restaurant & Gastro - Liverpool St.

We have a great opportunity for a passionate and hardworking Chef de Partie, who will join our client's fine dining Restaurant and Gastro Pub operation based in between Liverpool Street and Old Street.

The restaurant is mostly serving the local clientele and since it's opening has received various acclaims.

The Chef de Partie will work within a kitchen team taking care of a ground floor Gastro Pub serving traditional British dishes and a 1st floor Restaurant serving Modern European cuisine with British influence.

The operation top floor has a Roof Garden used for Private Dining and also to grow the kitchen's herbs

The Chef de Partie will receive a salary package of £28,500 plus (including a basic annual salary of £22,500 plus guaranteed £6,000 service charge)

The ideal Chef de Partie must be keen, willing to learn, have a good attitude and passionate about cooking.

7 days operation, 5 working days and 7 shifts per week, kitchen team of 7-8 Chefs and on Sunday the kitchen will only be open between 12.00noon and 6.00pm

Chef de Partie Benefits:

  • Salary of £28,500 per year (basic salary of £22,500 plus guaranteed £6,000 service charge)
  • On Sundays the kitchen it's closed at 6.00pm
  • 7 shifts per week (3 straight shifts and 2 doubles) 2 days off
  • Any extra shifts worked will be paid
