Chef de Partie – To £20,000k
Nestled in a tranquil picturesque setting deep within the heart of the Cairngorms National Park, near Aviemore, lies the historic and unique award winning Boat Hotel & Bistro.
Operating three restaurants we cater for all meal occasions and offer a Bistro style cuisine.
The restaurants cater for 100 - 150 covers per day and small functions or private dining.
An experienced Chef de Partie is required to join our busy brigade.
This really is a chance for a dynamic individual to come on board, shine and show exactly what you can do, Interested?
You will be responsible for running a section as assigned within this fast paced restaurant with a real focus on quality. You will be working in a team of ambitious, driven and passionate chefs looking to learn and absorb as much knowledge as possible. You will be expected to work hard and have a flexible attitude.
You will be helping with prep and service, ensuring standards are met. Health and safety, hygiene awareness and ensuring cleanliness of section, minimising wastage. You will listen and learn, show initiative when required and simply deliver our standards.
Chef de Partie Requirements
- Currently working as Demi CDP or CDP
- Quality experience is essential
- Able to run section, including sauce and fish
- Passionate about food
- Dedicated to learning and working hard
- Team spirit, will work with the team and push on
- High standards of hygiene
