A new concept is coming to our successful Northern Quarter boutique hotel and pub, The Abel Heywood. Miss Jessie Heywoods Remarkable Gin and Food Emporium is due to open in early March.
Whilst the ground floor will continue to run as the successful Abel Heywood, the first floor will be fully refurbished to give our customers an even greater experience. The new Emporium will offer over seventy gins and a food menu featuring contemporary dishes, small plates, sharing platters and main courses.
We are therefore looking for Chefs to join this new venue. Do you have relevant experience in a fresh food setting with a passion and innovative approach in preparing dishes? Are you the best at what you do, serving up excellent food consistently well? Then we need you!
