Chef De Partie needed for a Rosette awarded pub.
Chef De Partie required for an immediate start at a Rosette awarded gastro pub.
Our Client is looking for a strong Chef De Partie to join their team at this rosette winning gastro pub in north London.
The ideal Chef De Partie will be able to follow instructions and be able to work in a strong team serving British cuisine with a private dining room, and the determination to serve rewarding food. Offering a great salary of £26,000
Kitchen hours are Monday to Friday 12.00 to 3.00pm & 6.00 to 10.30pm, Saturday 12.00 to 4.00pm & 7.00 to 10.30pm. Sunday 12.00 to 8.30pm
The Chef de Partie will be working with a British menu, they will be responsible for junior chefs such as commis, demi chefs in all sections of the kitchen, the role is for an immediate start and the ideal candidate must be able to travel to and from Higbury & Islington.
The Chef de Partie will work with a supportive kitchen team; receive training and development from a experienced Head Chef and most of all have the opportunity to work to the highest.
