Chef de Partie - French & European cuisine - Sunday off

Our client is based in the City of London and serving regional French cuisine with European influence.

Currently looking for a Chef de Partie, immediate start and salary of £25,000 per year

The ideal Chef de Partie doesn't need to have French cuisine experience and as long as he/she wants to learn and progress training will be given

The restaurant is opened Monday to Friday for lunch 12noon to 2.30pm & dinner 6.00pm to 10.00pm. Closed on Saturday for dinner but open for lunch and closed every Sundays.

Closed Bank Holidays plus 1 week / 10 days at Xmas!!!!

The Chef de Partie will work 7 shifts over 5 days and each shift consists of 7 working hours, extra shifts worked are paid as overtime

The kitchen team includes 10 chefs and on average serve up to 80/100 covers per day
