Chef de Partie - AA British Restaurant - Closed on Sundays!


I am currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join the team of this highly acclaimed Modern British restaurant in Central London offering high-end cuisine and an adventurous wine and cocktail list.


The restaurant offers riverside views, friendly service and all round relaxed atmosphere and it currently holds 2AA Rosettes for its food.


The ideal Chef de Partie start date is the 2nd week of July, and paying a £25,000 annual basic salary

Modern British cuisine and the Chef de Partie will work with a kitchen team including 6-7 Chefs and produce food for up to 60-70 covers

7 shifts per week - over 5 days - Sundays closed - Extra shifts worked are paid


Early shift: 8.00am -4.00pm

Late shift: 3.00pm -11.00pm (no later, normally earlier)

Double shift is: 8.00am - 11.00pm with 2 hours break in the afternoon



The Chef de Partie will get a range of benefits including:
