Chef de Partie - 4AA restaurant - Sunday off - West London
My client based in West London is a leading 4AA rosettes restaurant and the kitchen team is headed up by one of the brightest and most talented Head Chefs in the UK.
The restaurant received several awards, everything is prepared from fresh and they have their own vegetable and herbs garden as well.
Due to their popularity and success they are now looking to recruit a Chef de Partie for an immediate start.
The ideal Chef de Partie will have experience in a similar role within fine dining or AA rosettes operations and work with a kitchen team of 10/12 Chefs
The restaurant is always closed Sundays and Mondays, plus Bank holidays and this is the ideal position for a Chef de Partie that wants to learn only from the best
The ideal Chef de Partie will receive a basic salary of £26,000 per year and negotiable depending on experience
The Chef de Partie will receive a range of benefits such as:
