This charming property in The North East is seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join their talented kitchen team.

Offering Exquisite food, they have been awarded AA rosettes for their ever changing and seasonal menu. They aim to tantalise the taste buds with dishes crafted from the freshest ingredients, a lot of which has been grown within their own garden.

The property offers its guests the options to experience traditional afternoon tea, Sunday lunch, fine dining and more. It is also necessary that applicants are passionate about food and presentation.All applicants should be dedicated to maintaining the high standards already established at this popular hotel and a background in Rosette fine dining is a must.

The successful Chef de Partie applicant will:

A strong all rounder
Flexible and hard working
Help in the day to day running of the kitchen
Have a desire to teach and willingness to nurture are essential
NVQ Level 1 and 2 or equivalent
