Rosette Award-winning Gastro Pub situated between Cheltenham and Evesham are seeking a passionate Chef de Partie on a permanent basis.
Focusing on quality fresh food menu items, supporting the Head Chef.
Tucked away in the countryside you will need your own reliable transport to get to the venue.
The brand offers an amazing dining destination and intimate private dining room.
With the venue attached to cosy and comfortable 4-Star hotel bedrooms.
Combining fresh, organic, seasonal and sustainable local produce with minimal fuss and interference, allowing the natural flavours to shine.

Key Features of the Role:
Chef de Partie works with service staff, ensuring high levels of service received by guests.
Maintaining channels of clear communication between all Teams and Departments.
Vital part of the brigade system, Chef de Partie is responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen, plus a broader knowledge of other kitchen sections.
Managing and training other Chefs working with you, encouraging competence, confidence, and organisation.
Producing fresh food to a rosette, high end or fine dining standard.
Working 48 hours per week, 5 days per week, in a mixture of split and straight shifts.

Knowledge and Skills Required:
Accomplished Chef de Partie.
Experience in a fresh food kitchen is essential, (fine dining, rosette level or higher is ideal).
Your practical Chef de Partie experience supported by some form of catering qualification.
Passion, experience and a desire to work with fresh and locally sourced quality ingredients.
Emotional stability to continually improve your Chef skills in a busy and demanding business.
Must have your own reliable transport as no reliable public transport available.

What’s on Offer?
Basic annual salary £22,000 to £24,000, dependent on experience and assessment during trial shift.
Tips and Tronc (service charge), roughly an extra £3000 pa on top of your basic salary.

No ‘Live In’ accommodation available at the venue, not able to cater for relocators or those without their own transport.
