Lea Marston Hotel is a 4* Golf Resort & Spa, set within 54 acres of North Warwickshire countryside. The hotel boasts 119 Bedrooms, Conference & Banqueting Facilities, Brasserie & Bar 76, Hathaway's Pub, Golf and full Leisure Facilities including a Gym, Pool and an Elemis Spa.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and talented Chef De Partie to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, be a team player and have good organisational skills.

The Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of all dishes in your allocated working area in order that guests receive efficient service and high-quality dishes.

Provide support to the Sous Chef in the absence of the Head Chef.

Gain experience in all sections of the kitchen and ensure company and legal requirements are maintained at all times.

Ensure mise en place is carried out in your allocated area of work to meet forecasted demand.

Maintain high standards of working practices in terms of personal appearance and working methods.

Be fully aware of and strictly observe Food Hygiene, Health & Safety, Fire Safety and Security policies and procedures.

Assist with various cleaning duties as required.

Previous Experience

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Chef De Partie, in a quality hotel or restaurant and be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends to meet the needs of the business.

Lea Marston cannot offer any live-in accommodation and you will require your own transport due to our rural location.
