Chef de Partie - Key Benefits:

Generous Salary of £23,000

Monthly tips (divided equally amongst staff - approx. £2000pa)

Consecutive days off

50 hours per week - split shifts (transitioning to straight shifts)
Chef de Partie – About You:

You will join an experienced and friendly team of Chefs, all unified by a common goal of serving honest, delicious food. Under the stewardship of the Head Chef, you will be empowered to make this role your own, taking ownership of your section and showcasing your talent. Staff welfare is important to us so we look after our team just as much as we look after our guests.

Chef de Partie – A Country Inn:

Situated 9 miles South of Bristol, in the picturesque village of Stanton Wick, our beautiful country inn has gained respect as a hotel & restaurant for travellers & locals alike. We also cater to business meetings/conferences and private parties.

Boasting 13 en-suite bedrooms, we offer visitors - who are seeking an alternative to the uniformity of many a modern town centre hotel - the perfect place for rest, relaxation & great food.

Chef de Partie – The Food:

We have a reputation for fine food, of which we are justly proud! The West Country provides great local beef, lamb and – when in season – local game. We buy fish from our day boats in Brixham delivered fresh every day. Our menus change in line with the seasons along with our Chefs’ specials, which showcase the finest produce that the West Countryside larder has to offer.

Chef de Partie – Experience/ Desired Skills:

Previous Commis Chef, Chef de Partie or even Sous Chef experience essential

Ability to work under pressure; maintain standards as well as the speed of service

Deliver consistently excellent food with a strong eye for detail

Ability to multitask, great time management and communication skills

areas of Stanton Wick will ideally have their own transport and be prepared to travel.
