This 2AA Rosette Hotel with Restaurant in Suffolk requires a talented and hard working Chef de Partie.

As Chef de Partie you will be working within an experienced and dedicated brigadeproducing dishes for guests and customers to the very high standards already in place using the finest ingredients and produce the county offers.

As Chef de Partie it is essential that you come from a similar accreddited rosette hotel and/or background. The ideal Chef de partie candidate will have at least 2 years experience with a strong and stable CV to reflect a high end fresh food background.

As Chef de Partie you will:

  • Maintaining the establishments excellent standards
  • Working effectively as part of the kitchen brigade
  • Working on all sections of the kitchen as required by the Head Chef
  • Monitoring stock
  • Working to a high standard at all times
  • Supporting daily operations

Qualifications/Experience required for this Chef de Partie position:

As Chef de Partie you must have NVQ level 1 & 2 or equivalent and a full understanding of food safety and hygiene. They require someone who has good culinary knowledge along with sound financial awareness and excellent leadership skills.
