Chef de Partie
This luxurious and charming 2AA Rosette Country House Hotel in Suffolk set within beautiful grounds is looking for an experienced and hardworking Chef de Partie with creativity and an eye for detail to join their kitchen team.
The Hotels continuing success is based on the existing team and their passion and enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer service and hospitality. The successful Chef de Partie candidate will be joining a kitchen team of 12+ talented chefs who create a great work place and envionment for staff which includes many benefits.
As Chef de Partie you will be need to be up to date with all cooking and presentation techniques, and preparing fresh local food for our guests and customers.
You will also be supporting the Exec Chef and senior team, taking the lead within the kitchen and and your section, mentoring and inspiring junior members of the team.You must have experience with pressure in a busy high end restaurant and be accomplished at preparing and presenting dishes using fresh local ingredients.
Requirements & Experience required for this Chef de Partie position:
Experience of cooking fresh dishes in a Rosette property
Eager to learn and develop
Excellent communication skills with colleagues and guests
Ability to remain calm and focused during busy service
Experience in leading a section
Strong team player

Should also possess NVQ level 1 and 2 or equivalent, and hygiene certificate.
