Chef de Partie £26,000 - Richmond - 2AA Rosette
Are you a passionate Chef de Partie that wants to work with the finest and rare ingredients?
If you are a passionate Chef de Partie and love work with fresh ingredients this is the perfect place to work for, as they use only fresh and seasonal ingredients and they change their menu daily. Our Head Chef sources rare-breed meats, for example, Middle White pork, Longhorn beef and Ryeland lamb from Huntsham Court Farm in the Wye Valley, as well as working with our local gardener to grow countless varieties of rare and forgotten herbs, old varieties of vegetables and edible flowers which would have been at home on menus hundreds of years ago.
As a Chef the Partie the salary is up to £26.000 depending on experience.
