Each Chef de Partie is nurtured and developed, supported by experienced onsite Chefs and trusted Roving Chef team.

Chef de Partie is trusted to produce good quality menu items, you can be proud to serve.
Positive attitude and aptitude, boosting the brigade’s ability to produce food it is proud of.
Preparing local ingredients, from carefully sourced suppliers, creating each dish with the same level of respect and passion.
Assisting the kitchen team in all aspects of food preparation and service, helping the team to achieve high food standards, repeat business and excellent hygiene targets.
Working full time 5 days per week as a Chef de Partie, covering straight and split shift work patterns as the kitchen team requires.

Knowledge and Skills Required:
To be successful in this role you will need to be an accomplished Chef de Partie.
Worked in a similar Gastro Pub or restaurant-based environment full time, and able to work both straight and split shifts in a busy kitchen environment.
Professional catering qualification or certificates are ideal, however proven employment tenures and career development will be considered as an alternative.
Experienced in a fresh food preparation and cooking is preferred, consideration is given to Chefs wanting to make the step up from 50/50 frozen food service.
Passionate and positive kitchen attitude, as you may be asked to step outside of your comfort zone, to learn new dishes, techniques and cuisine influences.
Must have your own transport to get to site as there are no reliable public transport links.

What’s on Offer?
The Chef de Partie role pays £19K - £21K as a basic annual salary.
Tips (on average £80 per week) and Staff Loyalty Bonus Scheme.
Full time permanent working hours of 45 per week, 5 days per week, 28 days holiday.
