Seeking a Chef de Cuisine for a gorgeous resort in JAPAN.
All day dinning, serving A la Carte menu with a buffet offering too.
Candidate must be able to bring modern feeling.
Menu is open to suggestion and you would have the opportunity to bring your own touch.
This kitchen is predominantly steered towards Caesar Salad, Cobb Salad, Burgers etc.
A knowledge of Japanese language, culture, and cuisine would be be most ideal.
