We are seeking a fully qualified chef to join our well established kitchen team at Spire Healthcare's Bristol hospital.
The post involves preparing breakfast lunch and dinner in a busy private hospital for patients and visitors, as well as a staff dining room and some function work.
Minimum qualifications are City and Guilds levels 706 1 & 2 or equivalent, plus food safety level 2.
The ideal candidate will help maintain our excellent standards as well as bringing some new ideas.
We require someone with a friendly personality and it goes without saying that you must have impeccable personal hygiene and a fastidious approach to all aspects of food safety.
We operate 7 days a week and the position involves working a combination of shifts, with the earliest start time being 7am and the latest finish time 8pm.
The rota typically allows you to have a weekend off once a fortnight.
