Breakfast Chef - Rosette Restaurant - Central London - £24k - £25k+ Benefits
Our client is a high end Modern British restaurant producing food to AA Rosette/Michelin level in the busy West London area. Headed by a talented Executive Head Chef, they are now looking to recruit for a passionate & dedicated Breakfast Chef at Demi or Chef de Partie level to join their brigade.
As Breakfast Chef you will be responsible for the set up and production of the breakfast food service and preparation for afternoon/evening service. Ideally you will have experience of producing food at high volumes and be passionate about delivering high quality food consistently.
You will be expected to provide a sufficient hand over to the afternoon team.
Skills / Attributes
* Previous experience at high volume covers
* Able to perform under pressure
* Fresh food experience
* Good communicator
* Flexibility as per the business needs
* High level of attention to detail
* Team Player
* Food Allergens Certificate
* NVQ level 1&2 or similar.
* Food Hygiene Level 2 certificate or Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate.
* Salary of up to £25k
* 2 double shifts & 3 single shifts
* 50-55 Hours per week
