This prestigious Hertfordshire Hotel set within acres of stunning countryside is looking for an experienced and reliable Breakfast Chef to join their award winning team.
Being Breakfast Chef means having responsibility for delivering high end food which sets guests up for the day. It’s quite a challenge, especially in a kitchen that offers a wide range of options - from a full english to continental styles, healthy pancakes, omlettes, and juices.
For an ambitious Breakfast chef, who’s keen to develop and grow, it’s an amazing opportunity.
As Breakfast Chef you will need to come with plenty of experience, an eye for detail and great knowledge of classic culinary techniques. As Breakfast Chef will work clean and fast, preparing dishes from scratch and providing diners with dishes and cuisine using fresh seasonal produce and ingredients.
This role is a breakfast position so shifts will be early and you will be required to work most weekends.

This is a permanent position.

Should also possess NVQ level 1&2 or equivalent, and hygiene certificate.
You must either be working in or a resident in the United Kingdom to apply for this position .
