This stunning 38 bedroom, privately owned converted 17th century country house hotel is currently recruiting
for a breakfast chef to aid the kitchen team. The hotel is well known for extensive use of all the excellent local produce used in there 2 rosette awarded restaurant.
The Head chef is looking for a breakfast Chef ideally from a fresh food hotel background, who is very up to
date on to modern techniques and presentation style.
As Breakfast Chef, you will work with the kitchen team and support in the responsibility for the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef. You will have input in breakfast menus and take part in ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene health and safety guidelines.

Working 5 days out of 7 including weekends
Must have experiance with fresh food
£9.00 - £9.50ph plus tips depending on experience
Accommodation can be provided short term.
Meal provided while on duty.
